Cancellation and No Show Policy
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the treatment rooms scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 30% of the cost of the scheduled service. No Show/No Show-No Call clients will be charged 50% of their service amounting to the No Show scheduled treatment. This amount will be added to your next service if you so choose to make another. If you do, if the new scheduled treatment is over $100, before booking your appointment you will be asked to make a total deposit of 50% from the previous "no show" appointment and the FULL amount of the treatment for the new appointmentt. We are a very busy treatment room, please show up to your appointment on a timely manner. Clients who are 15 minutes late will be charged 25% of there service and will need to reschedule.
