Covid-19 Health & Safety Guidelines
We are all this together! To ensure our safety, the following guidelines are MANDATORY for all clients. No Exceptions. These guidelines are strict protocols mandated by the Los Angeles County Health Department.
Virtual Covid-19 Pre-Screening:
Before you can confirm your scheduled appointment you will be ASKED the following questions:
(1) Have you TRAVELED in the past few weeks OUTSIDE of California? COUNTRY?
(2) Have you been in CONTACT with anyone who has/have traveled OUTSIDE of California? COUNTRY?
(3) Have you been Experiencing any of the following: Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath?
(4) Are you CURRENTLY experiencing any type of ALLERGY symptoms?
(5) Have you been around anyone who TESTED POSITIVE for COVID-19?
(6) Have you RECENTLY tested for COVID-19 and is currently waiting for results?
If you answered, "YES," to any of the following questions, please CANCEL and RESCHEDULE your appointment.
If you are not COMFORTABLE answering the following questions, CANCEL and RESCHEDULE your appointment.
If you answered, "NO," to the following questions, you will receive a "Confirmation Text," which will provide you additional guidelines that must be followed BEFORE, THROUGHOUT, and AFTER your appointment.
Appointment Guidelines are as follow:
(1) WAIT in your car. There is no waiting area. You will be instructed when to come in.
(2) ENTER and EXIT the building with a MASK ON. If we are doing body treatments, you MUST wear a mask.
(3) DO NOT bring additional guests.
(4) Bring MINIMAL items with you during your appointment. Alcohol Pads, Hand Sanitizer, and UV Sanitizer are available for your use. This is the perfect time for you to sanitize your mask, keys, or phone.
(5) WASH your hands PRIOR to entering the Treatment Room.
(6) Prepare for a NON-CONTACT Temperature Check. This will be done before starting your treatment.
