The Bian stone has been used as ancient tool to heal. The stone was created when a meteorite struck the mountains of Ancient China. This stone has more than thirty trace elements (Sr, Ti, Cr, Mn, Zn, Ca, Fe, P, K, &Na) - elements which are beneficial and needed for a healthy human being.

No. Unless you are using the tools to relieve muscle tension.
Can I GuaSha/Dermaroll when my skin is breaking out?
You can definitely use the GuaSha and the Goldie on acne-prone skin. If the skin has active breakouts, LIGHTLY dermaroll over the breakouts, once the breakout has healed, you may proceed using your Guasha.
How do I know if I'm applying the right pressure?

Start with 2-3x a week. Once you have your flow, you can use everyday for 5-10 minutes. Remember, this is your "YOU" time, find your space and time to do YOU.

- Light: The weight of the stone or the Goldie metal. Glide the stone/dermaroller where you want it to go. (Used on the face, super light around the eyes)
- Medium: Like pushing down on a pencil to write. (Use on neck and chest, except the throat and spine)
- Hard: Push down until it feels like your gliding over bone. (Only use on body to help relieve muscle tension. Warning: Redness can occur)
How do I clean my GuaSha? my Goldie?
- Clean your stone before and after every use with warm water and gentle soap or spray your GuaSha with Nu Bloom's GuaSha Cleansing Spritz. Don't have the Cleansing Spritz? Make your own!
- 1oz Cleansing Spritz - 2 part 99% Alcohol, 1 part water.
- Optional: 20-30 drops of the following Essential Oil(s):
- Antibacterial: Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemongrass, Orange, Oregano, Palmarosa, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Thyme.
- Antifungal: Citronella, Geranium, Lemongrass, Orange, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Tea Tree
- Antiviral: Cinnamon, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemon, Oregano, Peppermint, Pine, Tea Trea, Thyme.
- Optional: 20-30 drops of the following Essential Oil(s):
- 1oz Cleansing Spritz - 2 part 99% Alcohol, 1 part water.
- The Goldie can be cleaned with water or alcohol. Make sure your Goldie is completely dry and stored in a dry place. Metal oxidation can occur if improper cleansing and storage is not followed.
